Comments and suggestions about the way we perform are always welcomed. We aim to deliver very high quality services, but recognise that despite our best efforts things may sometimes go wrong. We will take all reasonable steps to make amends and learn from any mistakes we make. If you have a complaint please do not hesitate to contact us by any of the means set out above. Copies of our formal complaints procedure (Service Order 2/8/3/6/2), together with a leaflet entitled 'Helping us to help you', and our Procedure for Reporting Concerns at Work known as the ‘whistle-blowing’ policy (Service Order 1/2/2) are also available on request.
