Best value reviews - programmes and outcomes

Best Value Reviews are undertaken to ensure continuous improvement to the services that we provide. The outcome of each review will therefore be an action plan demonstrating how improvements can be made.

Each review is agreed by the Performance Review and Scrutiny Committee and the Steering Group leading the review will include member representatives.

Outcomes are reported back the Performance Review and Scrutiny Committee as is progress towards the implementation of agreed action plans.
