Stakeholder analysis and expectations is our brief assessment of what we perceive our stakeholders needs to be. Some of these perceptions are tested through focus group consultation exercises.
Self-assessment for Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) - we prepared this in January 2005 in preparation for CPA and it provides a useful top-level view of how we feel we are performing. The document was the end result of a most thorough exercise of self-assessment involving a wide range of managers and Members of the Authority. Best Value Reviews: programme and outcomes - we have carried out a number of Best Value Reviews and Scoping Studies over recent years and these have led to a number of improvements and efficiency gains in the way we deliver and manage services.
