Approximately 29 personnel are in attendance at this ongoing incident involving an industrial unit. On receipt of a call to a fire, two appliances from Andover were initially mobilised and a further two appliances were requested. One from Whitchurch and the other Sutton Scotney were mobilised. Also requested were Basingstoke's aerial ladder platform and water carrier. Winchester's special equipment unit was also mobilised. The industrial unit measures 30 metres by 25 metres and contains recycling materials. Two piles of material are alight. The roof is being ventilated by our aerial ladder platform and materials are being turned over by our Manitou. A total of 18 breathing apparatus are being worn with two main jets covering and one hosereel.
