The top box Consultation and Review is really important. We are determined that our Corporate Plan, the Integrated Risk Management Plan (IRMP) and all our other plans should be frequently reviewed and kept up-to-date. They must be responsive to changing circumstances and what the public (and all our stakeholders) are telling us. We have an extensive consultation strategy where we actively seek views about new ideas we want to try out.
We also pride ourselves on being an open organisation. In this area, you will find that we publish reports and results of audits and inspections and consultation activities.
We are a fire and rescue authority prepared to listen and learn, and determined to improve. If you have any comments about our future plans or performance do please let us know by completing our comments and feedback form.
