Enforcement register - what we do

Hampshire Fire and Rescue Authority is required by the Environment and Safety Information Act 1988 to maintain a public register of notices (download a copy of the Environment and Safety Information Act 1988 from the Office of Public Sector Information website). The Act requires authorities, to which this Act applies, to establish a public register of relevant notices served concerning health, safety, environmental protection and related issues. As an enforcing authority of fire safety legislation, Hampshire Fire and Rescue Authority will maintain a public register of notices served.
