The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 came into force on 1 October 2006 and requires that all employers or persons who have control of any premises must conduct a fire risk assessment and act on the significant findings arising from it.
In association with a company called Risksmart, we are conducting a campaign not only to inform you of the situation, but also to try and provide help and support for you to be able to meet the legal requirements.
