Making sure our crews are ready for action is vital in an organisation like ours. This key role is all about providing specialist training relating to the effective handling and understanding of vehicles and associated equipment. An important aspect will involve the delivery of Live Response Training. A category C LGV licence will be essential, along with a relevant instructor registration. This will be matched with excellent communication skills; a proven background in a training environment and a willingness to undertake further training programmes that will enhance your own development.

This role is all about ensuring that our users get the most out of our IT and communications resources. So you’ll provide an efficient Help-Desk Service by gathering information and prioritising our engineers’ time or by helping the user directly. Your role will also involve monitoring the progress of user calls and ensuring quality standards are met. With proven ICT knowledge, you’ll have previous Help Desk experience and be a strong communicator.Experience in hardware maintenance would also be beneficial.
