A unique opportunity has arisen for shaping, developing and leading our new knowledge management function. A key function of this role is the management of capturing, developing, sharing and effectively using knowledge to drive organisational decision-making.
Acting as a head of service, the post holder will develop and implement the knowledge management strategy in HFRS, ensuring it functions within best practices and aligns with the corporate vision and priorities. This role needs a multi-disciplined approach, requiring an understanding of information management practices, risk management and insurance; as well as the corporate governance principles of local authority organisations.
We require candidates with a genuine passion for knowledge management with exceptional design and delivery capabilities. This is an important and exciting new role in HFRS, which will ensure our activities are delivered to make life safer and our service stronger.
