About - Leadership and Command School

The recent move from rank to role has brought about formalised incident management levels 1-4, which will necessitate the alignment and development of ICS training courses for each of these levels.

The new Leadership and Command School will be responsible for facilitating and delivering all the new ICS courses, levels 1-4, delivery of local CMMI (Crew Managers Managing Incidents), development and delivery of a local SMMI (Station Managers Managing Incidents) course, Presentation Skills and Methods of Instruction courses, Command Support training and all Incident Command (Vector) assessments following the Assessment and Development Centre process.
