Progression throughout your career
Group training consists of a number of instructors who undertake and support the development of teams and individuals that takes place within the Group structure. Group instructors are located in the geographical areas of North, West and East, working out of Basingstoke, Redbridge and Southsea, respectively.
Group instructors are involved in delivering a wide and diverse range of training sessions. They are particularly involved in the improvement and maintenance of standards in the safety critical areas of Breathing apparatus wearing, dealing with Road Traffic accidents and administering First Aid.
Group instructors also work closely with Training Centre staff, View Training Group structure. to support students in order that they achieve the required training outcomes on the wide variety of Training Centre courses.
