Career Progression

Within the core roles of Firefighter through to Brigade Manager, there are three points at which personnel will be required to undertake a 'test of potential' and an 'assessment centre' appraisal before being able to progress further. These will be at Supervisory, Middle Management and Strategic Management levels.
