Continuous Professional Development Payments (CPD)

Single annual CPD payments are payable to Operational and Control staff who have provided sufficient evidence of undertaking Continuous Professional Development activities throughout the year. The evidence is assessed as part of the individuals’ annual Personal Development Review (PDR) process, and payment, if appropriate is sanctioned by the line manager at this time for payment (normally) in the July pay run. Current amounts are shown below:

Retained staff CPD amount (25%)	£146.25 pa

Retained staff CPD amount (25%)	£149.75 pa
