Employee Information
As part of the National Assessment and Development Toolkit the process for moving from Crew Manager to Watch Manager follows a set path.
It should be remembered that within the Toolkit, progression between levels of management i.e. supervisory-middle-strategic is achieved by successfully attending the appropriate ADC. This consists of the Phase 1 tests followed by the ADC which is made up of role plays.
Movement between roles within the level i.e. Crew to Watch Manager is achieved through completing a candidates testimony and attending Personal Qualities and Attributes [PQA] based interviews. Candidates will attend an initial PQA interview and if successful will progress to the second. If successful at the second interview the candidate is eligible to be placed on a Watch Managers development programme.
