Supervisory Assessment and Development Centre

Crew Manager to Watch Manager

As part of the National Assessment and Development Toolkit the process for moving from Crew Manager to Watch Manager follows a set path.

Movement between roles within the level i.e. Crew to Watch Manager is achieved through completing a candidates testimony and attending Personal Qualities and Attributes [PQA] based interviews. If successful at the second interview the candidate is eligible to be placed on a Watch Managers development programme.
